Sistrade Software Consulting, S.A. is an SME based in Porto, Portugal, specialized in advanced industry information systems. With over 20 years of experience in the field, SISTRADE offers a range of solutions, including ERPs/MES/PLM, Digital Thread, and IoT Platform solutions to its customers. The company operates in more than 30 countries across 4 continents, while having a continuous physical presence (offices) in 7 countries. While SISTRADE’s core business is mainly dedicated to management software for the industry, it also has a dedicated department for R&D activities, which is distinguished by its highly skilled workforce, and by its extensive experience both in industrial and research projects. Notably, SISTRADE Applied Research and Innovation Department focus on developing innovative solutions with added value that foster new business opportunities while maturing state-of-the-art technologies to ensure the entrance of these new solutions into the market. For this, we count on a multidisciplinary team that includes MScs and PhDs, with distinct backgrounds, such as Computer Sciences, Management and Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, and Health Sciences (namely, Neuroscience). In the healthcare field, we are particularly interested in Data and Sensor integration, and the development of IoMT, HMI, Healthcare App, Digital Twins, AI solutions, and Data Spaces. We have a well-established collaborative network in healthcare, which includes Hospitals, Clinical Academic Centers, Medical Universities, Research Centers, and Digital Healthcare providers, both at national and international levels.
